Apartment very well located in the center of the seaside resort, quiet in the heart of Place Porticada. Superb apartment on the 4th and last floor with elevator 200 meters from the sea and its magnificent white sand beaches, 50 meters from restaurants, 250 m from the magnificent Sofia and Alphonso park and not far from the marina and the local market and its flea market.
The spacious apartment (100 m 2) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Lovely place for a winter sun get away
Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. We stayed with a couple of dogs for 2 months February and March. Sun on the balcony during the day was a lovely welcome to the day. Short walk to the beach.

I stayed here last year. Great apartment great location, few things need attention which I believe are being sorted by the hosts. Good communication with any issues. Mains water problem within the block left us having to use the one toilet as it created a blockage to ensuite. Fortunately it was only the last couple of days and was to be sorted when we left

Great location. Good communication with the host. Easy and friendly check in and out process. The apartment was nice , if a little tired , but to be fair this is reflected in the price . My only observation would be the lack of air con or floor fans as night time temperatures are high in the mid summer. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place

One month of heaven
This spacious apartment was exactly as expected. It has the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have stayed. Sunny balcony even in December and very well located for restaurants and a beautiful beach. We took our bikes but wouldn't say it is very well served for oldies who don't like using roads. We did cycle in the local park several times. Th a l you Betty for a great stay.

Another fantastic stay!
This was our 2nd time staying here and once again we loved it. The apartment is so spacious and well equipped. The location could not be better in relation to the beautiful and clean beach 5 mins walk) and the wonderful, unique park located 5 minutes walk away also. My two little girls loved this holiday. Lovely relaxing holiday
Perfect location. Perfect apartment. We loved the view from the spacious balcony especially at night and listen to the local children playing and laughter. Your apartment has everything you could possibly need. Beautifully clean and greeted by Isabelle. Contact with yourselves was excellent, and put our minds at ease as it was the first time we have rented . A truly wonderful holiday. I would love to come back again!

A great month in Spain
A great location to move easily around Guardamar on foot, especially with the beautiful beach just a few hundred meters away. There is a selection of Spanish, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance. By car, Alicante is only 30 minutes to the north and Torrevieja is only 20 minutes to the south. The apartment is spacious albeit the kitchen is small but adequate. Bathroom facilities cater well for the less able and lifts up to the apartment and down to the underground parking are very helpful. The two double bedrooms are a good size although the third, with single beds, is better suited to children rather than adults. The balcony was sunny and warm every day, ideal for lazy afternoons relaxing after long walks on the beach. The square below is a pleasant outlook and nice to experience the Spanish family time every early evening when parents and small children congregate.
