"You can almost touch the sea from your duplex!" At 8 m. The sea is as if you were on top of it and the sea was your own natural pool!

UPPER FLOOR: BUHARDILLA (living room furniture and relaxing environment); TERRACE SOLARIUM (20m2) FRONT SEA (8 m) (direct view 180º) with Sun / shade areas, OUTDOOR SHOWER, hammocks, umbrellas, table, TERRACE DINING ARMCHAIRS.
Can you imagine resting on this terrace in your hammock without hearing any noise from cars and just seeing and hearing the sea? Or just read, do you even have Wiffi on the terrace, having a cool snack? How does it sound to lie at night and just hear the sea and see the stars in total darkness? Surely you would sleep! But you wouldn't mind because the sun would wake you up from the sun rising from the sea!

In front of the duplex in its pedestrian seaway there are accesses and areas equipped for swimming (at 10m, 15m, 20m, 30m ...) and volcanic sand beach (about 100m on the right).
Can you imagine starting the day bathing in the sea and then having a quiet breakfast in the shade on your sun terrace, or even on the terrace that is also in the master bedroom (which also has table furniture and terrace chairs and umbrella) watching and hearing "your natural pool"? Feel good juice, toast,…. MMM..! ... anything, right? Even a champagne or champagne too, I think, right?

EAT OUTSIDE THE FRONT SEA HOUSE, NEXT, WALKING.
Also when you feel like having something outside, a snack, lunch or dinner, you do not need a car because, leaving the duplex, in the pedestrian seaway of the duplex (30m on each side) there are restaurants with outdoor terraces facing the sea, with typical products And from the sea. When you feel like taking something outside, you don't need a car, you can do it quietly and peacefully, at the moment, walking !!

SITUATION
PUERTITO GUIMAR located on the south coast of the island, is an ideal area if you are looking for a quiet place, without tourist agglomerations, with a special charm. With areas equipped for swimming in the sea and an extensive black sand beach, typical of the volcanic area.
Diving, kayaking, paddle surf… at Radazul sports pier (10 minutes by car)
Excellent location to explore the island. By car, in minutes: at 20, Santa Cruz (capital); to 30, La Laguna (World Heritage; 50, Teide National Park; 40, Puerto La Cruz; 50, Garachico; 30 to 40, most tourist area (Médano, Cristianos, Americas, Costa Adeje).

Without a car, "El Malpaís de Güimar" (Special Natural Reserve of great ecological importance), is a unique volcanic landscape that extends from Montaña Grande (former volcanic cone) to the coast, with hiking trails. On the other side you will find a small black sand beach where you can bathe and eat in one of its small restaurants.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
 Quiet place, without tourist crowds. It is an old fishing village, with a small shelter for fishing boats, now without activity and conditioning for the bathroom (with access to the sea and solariums) and an extensive black sand beach, typical of volcanic areas.

Next to the Duplex (30 meters) there are restaurants facing the sea with typical food and products of the sea and in the Plaza del pueblo facing the sea you will also find restaurants, pizzerias, areperas, zumerías, ... etc.
Near the town square and the Duplex, without a car (5 minutes walk): supermarket, small shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, doctor's office, bank teller, public transport, etc ...

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this property. It was very much as advertised. The property is relatively small, cozy. The location in a small village with no through traffic was a bonus. There is easy access to the major highway system on the Island and easy to access all the areas of Tenerife. Having a dedicated underground parking stall was very helpful. We found finding parking in Tenerife to be very challenging. Lots of driving around to find a place to park, so having our own parking space was excellent. The space itself was a challenge to park in but well worth the effort. The accommodation itself was very comfortable. Being located on a pedestrian only street directly across from a small beach area was a treat. The swimming in early March was excellent. The kitchen area was well stocked although there is no oven so cooking options are more limited. That being said there are a number of outdoor patios with food service located within easy walking distance. The two deck areas in the unit were comfortable and well used. Lucy was very helpful and readily available. All in all a great unit in a great location. If we return to Tenerife we wouldn’t hesitate to book this accommodation again.

Guimar is lovely
Fantastic property and Lucy is a perfect host. Nothing too much trouble. Guimar is very Spanish with few tourists which gives it a unique atmosphere. Restaurants very good and much cheaper than UK.

A real paradise in Tenerife
We had the best time at this amazing front sea flat and Lucy herself is the most lovely owner we have ever had… It was just perfect! Waking up every morning with sunshine and bleu sea right in front of you and going to sleep with the peaceful sound of waves every night was the paradise. Only Lucy’s place can make it happen! The house is really spacious due to three levels. We can pick and choose either enjoy the sun with the amazing view on two terraces or hang out to chill inside. Also the house is located a few min from everywhere by walking. It was the best located as well. Delicious bakery, fun bistros, convenient supermarket. She offers a parking which is a great option but we had no problems finding a street parking. We just want to thank Lucy for always being so responsive, so sweet and kind, always willing to help us when we asked something. She truly made our three weeks the happiest time. We were so fortunate to have stayed at her house. Muchas gracias Lucy!

Beautiful Duplex with amazing views
Just back from a weeks holiday, cannot rave enough about this apartment. Lucy was so helpful and met us in person to check us in. She was on the end of a telephone and checked in with us a couple of times throughout the week. The duplex was spotless and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including fantastic views of the bay. Big supermarket 3 minute walk away, along with a bakery. There were about 8 restaurants in the pedestrian area, but they were mainly tapas style / fish based. This is a truly authentic Spanish place, we didn't hear an English voice for a week (which suited us fine!), but if you want English food, and English speakers this isn't the place for you, but if you want a true relaxed break in a pretty little town with great food and stunning views, then I wouldn't hesitate in booking this place. The roof top terrace was in the sun most of the day, which is where we spent most of our time. Two umbrellas and a purpose built screen provided shade when needed. Also you get your daily exercise going up and down the stairs to the kitchen haha. Was a really beautiful place and I cannot wait to go back.

Great Place for a relaxing holiday.
Perfect, everything you needed for a great holiday. The apartment was a fabulous place to stay. Lucy had thought of everything. Breakfast on the balcony every morning and dinner on the roof terrace. Would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing two weeks….

Magnifique appartement sur 3 étages superbement décoré situé au nord de l’Ile dans un village au bord de la mer (C’est le village qu’on a préféré dans tout l’île (et on l’a bien visitée). Jamais vu un appartement si bien pensé dans les moindres détails et si bien équipé de tout le nécessaire et même plus! Pour cuisiner c’est un peu juste par contre. Il n’y a pas de four ni lave vaisselle et la plaque de cuisson est petite. Mais c’est un détail, car on arrive toujours à se préparer des petits repas. Et autour il y a pleins de restaurants pas chers. Bien situé au centre du village on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes, (Alteza - très bien) des boulangeries et quelques petits commerces. Depuis l’appartement on travers juste la petite place de quelques mètres et on plonge dans l’océan. L’eau était trop froide pour nous 😄donc on a renoncé. La propriétaire Lucy nous a très bien reçues et a été très présente via Whatsup. Elle nous aidées pour le rdv au le laboratoire à Guimar pour le test Covid. Un grand plat de fruits et une bouteille de vin ont été gracieusement offerts. Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour, de l’accueil et de l’endroit. On recommande fortement et on reviendra sûrement dans un avenir proche.

A little piece of heaven
The most wonderful duplex we have stayed in . Perfect in every way. Lucy is a really lovely person who obviously cares so much for her house and the people who stay in in. Yes the sea is just metres away.
In a word the property was just as advertised. Clean, bright and well equipped. The absolute gems are the roof top terrace and the close proximity of the ocean, you can almost touch it from your bed! If your looking for a quiet break, book it .

Paradise
This is our second visit. Still a very tranquil place. Lucy is a beautiful person. We love the area, it feels safe and all amenities are close. Though we hire a car we prefer to stay in the area. We will be back. Rob, Tanya and William
