"Check in was a little messy as it was first time booking an all inclusive, we had two rooms booked both were under my name as the “rules” said the cardholder must match the guest check in, well you can’t have two rooms under the same person there, so we had to get Expedia to change things delayed my friend getting into her Room by two hours but the front desk agent was amazing, I probably would have been a mess if it wasn’t for her. She made our anniversary and my friends birthday weekend fantastic! (her manager not so much). Outside of the that small inconvenience the rest of our time was amazing, beach was nice, pools were great, entertainment, food and bartenders fantastic. Chairs are slim pickings so get up early and find one by 9am there wasn’t much left. "

"The resort/rooms were very clean and well taken care of. There were lots of families while during our stay. The location was good for a nice walk into downtown & the beach was nice and well maintained. We visited the buffets, the Italian, & the Steakhouse. The food was ok at the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were a bit better. There are no reservations so there was a healthy line-up some days. The cafe was very good. The main pool was a bit small with 5 cabanas on the long sides if the pool that are for rent (you need to reserve $). This made the casual job of finding a poolside seat more like the Hunger Games. I got up as early as 5am for a poolside nap. We did not use the kids pool as my daughter can swim quite well and she preferred the main pool as it was larger than the kids pool. There were regular poolsiide activities. There would be times when they would have a game of volleyball or water polo that would basically consume 3/4 of the pool (save the stairs & shallow sunning circle). This meant that unless you were playing, it wasn't worth being in the pool as there would be a gaggle of middle aged men engaged in the the most serious game of water polo ever. The setting was ripe for casualties of sunbathers getting biffed with a ball or worse run over in the raw thirst of sport. One windy day we were told not to use the umbrellas as they could fly away & the hotel would sue us. I suggested this was inappropriate to staff &"

"We enjoyed our stay at hotel. The ocean view room was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, be weary of the staff that are trying to book you to see the other sister hotel. That is just a sales gimmick. Unfortunately you have to book dinner with those sales staff if you want reservations for dinner at their restaurants aside from their buffet restaurant. I also must say that their mixed drinks are lacking. The syrups and mixes they use for their cocktails are very low quality. All their cocktails taste the same, because of this."

"We like the fact that the entire staff was friendly and Courteous. They make everyone feel comfortable. They set the standard on work ethic in our opinion. We recommend this for future vacations as we plan on returning soon!!!"
