A fantastic stay, perfect location, gorgeous rooms and all the amenities you could ask for in a hotel…however it was the front desk team that really stood out for us.
It didn’t matter who was on duty, time of day or type of engagement EVERY member of the team was incredibly warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
We had a small issue during our stay but the entire front desk crew rallied to assist,
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else other than the Magnolia in Victoria, and we will be back...

Beautifully clean hotel, rooms were spotless. We booked the level and it really isn’t worthwhile I think, as our room had zero view, though it had great tall windows they don’t open at all so it felt quite enclosed. The level ‘lounge’ is handy certainly, but it’s a small, windowless room where you grab stuff to take to your room, it’s definitely not a place to relax and sit in though it does have seating. I’d book a lower floor next time as we were told on check in that rooms on the level floor...
