The host and hostess went beyond to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. They even provided me breakfast foods so that I could eat before leaving as I had to leave before their scheduled breakfast time. Their property reflects their pride in their home. Their warm greetings made me wish I had more time than the overnight stay booked. Very friendly folk!"

In the Que(bar) I highly recommend asking for Rebecka - so very cheerful and willing to accommodate your requests. Also, the concierge Mira was wonderful - both before and during our stay. Tea was a little bit of a let down. We were not informed we needed to arrive on the hour. The facilities such as the pool and hot tub were amazing. Overall the Empress is lovely.1"
