I am not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel, but when we arrived, we were told they were sold out for that night and had no room booked for us. The front desk lady was very helpful, found a suite for us, and told us about all the amenities the hotel offered. The proximity to Victoria's inner harbour is excellent; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was parking for our car.

I have stayed here 3 times and it has always been fantastic! The front desk staff are very kind and gracious. The rooms are super clean and there is great parking. Very close to the harbour and within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is in cross proximity to Victoria harbour. Staff is very friendly and hotel is having excellent amenities and is on Quebec Street which is full of Cherry blossom trees. Hotel is themed as if it's the 70s and is very unique for the new generation.
