"Maintenance gets a 10/10 on the spot! he was there at the elevators to help us , at the time of arrival there was no one on site , but we did check in online(Megan was very helpful she gave us the code to get in the room ) i was never contacted by the owners for a new code , as we used the master code all weekend --- there is a 25 dollar parking fee for the stay we stay 3 days, we were not aware of it was not listed on the booking - but no problem we paid and still enjoyed! the condo its self...

"The condo provided was fantastic! It was clean and in great condition, almost everything worked very well (one of the TV remotes didn't work, but it was a non-issue since we didn't care to watch TV there), and the view of the beach was amazing! It's in a very pedestrian friendly area, too. The staff were also very polite and professional. We were able to receive and return our key without any issues. I can definitely picture coming back here again next year!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding questions about the area . When the hurricane Isaias was forecasted to landfall in the immediate area our Front Desk lady was Super helpful and directed us to move north of the Intercoastal Waterway Bridge on 59 ,knowing they would close it . That info was important because they did close the Bridge by noon . If we go back we will stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites IGH on Rt 59 Gulf Shores ,Alabama . Aside from all that it is perfectly located with an easy drive down to the beach , with The Cove Bar and Grill right next store and Happy Pappy's coffee house within walking distance ."

"Perfect Location. Short walk to beach, able to walk to the Hangout and surf shops! The Duplex was very cute and space was good! Just one bathroom in each duplex. So you may want to think about shower and bathroom times. But we had a great stay! We did call for maintenance on carport light and fridge light. Was fixed quickly and set of sheets brought in timely manor for pull out sofa!! Thank Beach Ball for having us! Till next time"
