"The condo provided was fantastic! It was clean and in great condition, almost everything worked very well (one of the TV remotes didn't work, but it was a non-issue since we didn't care to watch TV there), and the view of the beach was amazing! It's in a very pedestrian friendly area, too. The staff were also very polite and professional. We were able to receive and return our key without any issues. I can definitely picture coming back here again next year!"

Best Western On The Beach

"The beds and showerheads are amazing. Rooms were clean and view of the ocean was breathtaking. Staff was friendly enough. Access to the pool and beach was kind of inconvenient as you have no access from the building you have to walk out the front door and walk all the way around the building. Door to the indoor pool and hot tub was locked so we didn't get to use. For the amount I paid, I will probably try another property next time. I don't feel it was a good value."

"This is the first time we stayed at the Phoenix on fall break. To begin with we were staying Monday through Thursday but we had an unexpected death in the family and I had no trouble changing our stay to Tuesday through Friday without extra charges. When we arrived everything for the shrimp festival was being set up and the road in front of the condo was blocked off so we had to navigate around all of that, which the facility has nothing to do with that but a notification about it would have been nice. Check in by phone process was easy. We had a 1 bedroom condo and other than some dust on the headboard of the bed it was clean. We were expecting the unit to have a washer and dryer but it didn't, the washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor. We were on the 4th floor and the beach view was great. The balcony had nice chairs and table to enjoy the view. The staff that we encountered was nice and informative. Our stay got cut short by the hurricane that was expected and the facility asked everyone to check out by a certain and said they would refund the nights that we were not able to stay. All in all we were satisfied and will look at staying at the Phoenix again in the future."

"Parking for our vehicle ended up being in an adjoining parking lot as we have a full size truck. Which was ok, but not ideal since the lot was not monitored. The room was clean. Just a few items that were torn like the shower curtain. Kitchenette was cozy and functional. Did like the location as it was easy to walk to some of the places we wanted to visit. Bed could have been a bit cozier, but we are an older couple who have a hard time sleeping away from home. Elevator was a huge plus enjoyed our stay. Hope to stay again one day."

"The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable, which made for a very relaxing stay. I really appreciated having a reliable laundry setup on-site, and the fast Wi-Fi and quiet environment. "Loved this condo as far as price, location and cleanliness. Everything was within walking distance. Cute small condo perfect for a couple. We will most likely book this place again if the mattress is replaced with new or upgraded. The mattress was very worn and sinks in the middle therefore not allowing us to sleep well. Also, we had a problem with someone taking our parking pass. When I reached out to the contact(host), we did not get an answer via phone call or message. Therefore, only giving 3 stars for communication."
