"Great location especially if you like bike riding."

"Bring TP, shampoo and soap. It isn’t provided. The place needs a refresh. Rust in bathroom, paint peeling. If you stand on the balcony just right you can see the ocean horizon. Really hard to close sliding door to balcony and lock. Bathroom towels were badly stained. Kind of gross to use. Doesn’t cost that much to replace towels, washcloths. They were torn. "

"In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. However, the pool isn’t really heated (a few fountains are but not the whole pool) and housekeeping left dirty linens that weren’t ours outside our door for a whole day. While the beach is close and visible from balconies, you do need to go through multiple “private” condos to get to the actual beach. The condos are restricted access so pass at your own risk. The public access point is a bit down the street away from the hotel (we drove) Other than that really nice place my partner and I enjoyed and would go back to!"

"The Staff were all friendly as could be and did everything in their power to help us in every way they could. Unfortunately management was clearly lacking in ability. The property was…to put it kindly, aging ungracefully. The listed on property amenities were not available as advertised. For instance; the property was listed as having room service, AND there was a menu in the room that said on it “room service menu”, but when we called down to order room service, we were told that we had to come down to the restaurant to pick up our order. Staff were all nice though and the trip was relaxing. The property was well positioned for a relaxing weekend on the beach, which we took advantage of. "

"The place was very dirty. We had to sweep the floors when we arrived. Needs painting desperately looks like water leak stains on ceiling and not painted the same color on walls where there was furniture was moved. Also needs new curtains for the patio, the rings were all broken away from the curtain and hard to close. Also need to get rid of the plastic outdated shower curtain that sticks to you when you shower and replace it with a nice cloth one. The tub is also peeling and in bad shape. The bed squeaked getting in and out of and in a bad location to easy get out of. Just spending a little money with painting and updating things it could be a cute place. The location was great and the price was fairly reasonable. We couldn’t ever use the patio because of the construction people right outside our room staring at us and making a lot of noise. Don was very friendly and a good host no complaints about him. "

"When you say pet friendly and i received multiple calls because other guests complained. After 830 am and we were with them regularly. The other guests should not be by guests with pets or stay at a non pet friendly hotel. Also the only access to beach is by shuttle or driving. And breakfast was not stayed correctly we needed a breakfast coupon. Falsely advertised. The only place for a pet is a small pice of grass. Not a beach for pets."

"Clean, can walk to the beach. The host was very communicative when we had an issue. The studio is a bit smaller than expected, but is well maintained and nice for a stay right on the beach."
