"Bathroom dirty for"

"My stay at this hotel wasn’t terrible. If you are looking to stay here for a night or two it’s fine but it’s not worth staying for a few days. Breakfast: 👎 Definitely not.. I’d rather go eat breakfast somewhere else. They had boiled eggs & watery scrambled eggs with no taste , Some waffles, that’s really it no hash browns, other condiments etc. Also for breakfast it closes at 10am.. They won’t let you in if you come at 9:59. So my overall breakfast is zero stars. Rooms: I don’t know about my room and floor but there was a weird smell once i exited the elevator to my floor. My room could have been better, the tv wasn’t in front of the bed, the carpets also felt wet too. Like, it was humid in there. I don’t know if it was from the ac being on but im probably not gonna get that room again or ever go there. The bathrooms need remodeling. There is mold in the showers and on the lining at the bottom of the toilet. I shouldn’t feel dirty when i’m staying in my room, everything just felt dirty. When i went i didn’t have the chance to go in the pool but i did go to the gym and it wasn’t bad. I rate my overall stay a 5/10 they could definitely do better. Oh i forgot you need to PAY for parking every night !"

"There was a smell of marijuana outside the room. People were smoking it all day by the pool. The second bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. They were doing repairs to the wall outside the master bedroom. They were using a hammerdrill on the concrete wall of our bedroom."

"The toilet didn't flush, we were moved to another room. The door at next room didn't lock, so we were moved to a third room. The rooms are very old and have no maintenance. Peeling paint, mold in the bathrooms, old furniture, and no amenities whatsoever. Terrible experience overall"

"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "
