Clean room, staff all very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt besser, als es so manche Bewertung vermuten lässt. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer und waren zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man erreicht nach ein paar Gehminuten den Petersdom und den Trevi Brunnen. Wir sind vom Hotel auch bis zum Kolosseum gelaufen (ca. 40 min. eine Strecke zu Fuß). So sieht man wenigstens etwas von der Stadt. Klar, das Hoten ist nicht unbedingt mit 4 Sternen in Deutschland zu vergleichen, aber für unsere Ansprüche hat es voll ausgereicht. Man darf halt nicht so genau in die Ecken schauen usw., Türrahmen sind abgenutzt und auch die Rezeption sieht jetzt nicht sonderlich einladend aus. Wie gesagt, uns hat das nicht gestört. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltiger und besser als aufgrund der vielen schlechten Bewertungen erwartet.

I think there needs someone live you can talk to when the AI voice can’t help. My TV stopped working during the game, I called and “Rachel” computer answered and sent me to another computer voice and wanted to know what phone platform I was using which it could not understand my issue no one to help.

Riu Plaza Manhattan was the perfect location and exceeded expectations.. Room was very quiet,no street noise! Staff was very helpful. My fourth stay at this hotel,never disappoints.
