"Super nice and helpful folks greeted us! The wagon was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the campfire ring, the private and peaceful lot, and of course, the bbq food truck that happened to come by the night we stayed!"

"The place is in need of a refresh. The bathroom needs grab bars and non-skid bathtub - I almost slipped and fell on the slippery tub bottom."

"It’s a motel in the middle of America. The employees are nice, the rooms are clean. Parking was almost full but it was a lot of service workers staying there. Reasonably quiet and pretty comfortable."

"The property was overall a great stay clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was seamless. We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Would still recommend!"

"Overall, the experience was awesome. The outside area was beutiful. Inside has many rooms to rest at night. Had a lot of eating areas and a great kitcehn. The downstairs was a lot of fun with the home theater and video games. Highly recommebd this. Would be great for a family reunion or large get together."

"Great place, fantastic support. Cottage was perfect fit for my family. Property manager was very Theo,easy to work with and really contributed to a pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants, shopping and highways. Quiet estate with a country feel,yet close enough to Kansas City attractions and airport we have family in the area and have decided that this will our go/to for future visits "
