"There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet.
