"Easily accessed from the highway, very clean property and rooms. Staff was great. My son and I were driving up from Springfield, MO for a concert and needed somewhere fairly close to the venue and found this hotel was only a 9 minute drive. Super close, budget friendly, close to the gas station and restaurants and close to the highway for travelers. Will definitely book again next trip up."

"The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. There were many reservations that did not have the correct type of rooms Breakfast was not filled consistently and quit serving earlier than what we were told the hours were. The room had garbage in it still and the lotions, body wash and shampoos were not filled. There was not any bedding in the rooms for the pull outs. The elevator quit working and was broken for 2/3 night stays. There were multiple vehicles with trailers behind them that took up multiple spaces so there was no where to park in the lot."

"Very large room, the massage chair wasn’t great but the bed was very nice. The hotel is older but is very nicely styled. The grounds are very nice with a lake outside. The foyer was great with fire. Mocktails at the bar were very nice, breakfast was simple and there different restaurant options close by. The staff were FABULOUS!"
