"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?

"Beautiful renovated condo within walking distance of downtown Aspen, shops and restaurants. The unit is clean and beds all very comfortable, the size was perfect for our family of 3. Loved being on the river and is a quieter corner of town. Kitchen was well equipped and had some basic spices on hand. Would stay here again. "
