"Breakfast was nice but not free ."

"Every city that we been to, as long as there is a Citizen M we always stay at Citizen M. And this Citizen M at Radhuspladsen , I would happily recommend. As usual the room is very ckean , great mattress and all the controls. Like for the lights, blinds , alarm are all in the ipad. Location is great. Very near to the City Hall, Tivoli, restaurants, grocery store, train station, there’s 7-11, mcDonalds, starbucks, kfFC, very convenient location, I highly recommend this hotel whenever you go to Copenhagen."

"The room was very nice. On arrival the staff member on the desk was very helpful and polite. Amenities were great, we tried out the pool which was very clean and a nice atmosphere. Mini bar in the room was not too expensive, which came in handy when we arrived past midnight due to our flight being delayed and no shops being open."

"Had to request cleaning room at reception but that wasn’t a problem, just something we weren’t used to. Building works were going on but not too early in the morning. Room was situated above a pub which was quite loud one night but not unbearable. Room was spotless and lobby area really nice to relax in. "
