We also made use of the customer experience service to arrange private transfers and tours to all the local sites. It worked out very well. We had a lovely stay. "

"The hotel is in a wonderful location in terms of walkability but the rooms are on the main road. The staff was kind and helpful when needed but not proactive - they never showed me the pool or told me about dinner options or activities for the New Year that the hotel organized. The room was mostly clean but there was food left from the previous guest in the fridge and the bathroom had mold and really needs an upgrade. The room was also only cleaned on the 2nd but not the 3rd day of my 4 days there. The bed was also way too soft (but I guess some people like that)."

"After all the hype of this property our expectations were not met. There appears to be a lack of attention to detail. Floor of our room was ‘grimy’ and had not been cleaned to the standard expected. Dirty bed linen and insufficient towels or water to cater for the number of booked guests. Breakfast was exceptional as were the breakfast staff. Wait staff in the pool deck were often hard to find. "Nice enough but very much a tourist hotel, pool size was too small to actually swim in. Poor access to internet when I mentioned it response was “oh the hotel is full” internet capacity should be made for a full hotel! Buffet was on. Wine was very expective "

"Wonderful staff . nothing was too much trouble. Lovely accommodation. Bit difficult for driver to find but very secluded. Only negative was the stray dogs roaming around and 1 in particular sleeping outside our front door."

"The staff at the location were very nice and friendly. The cabins were comfortable and had nice air conditioning, though lots of gaps for mosquitos and other bugs to enter. The term “resort” implies high end accommodations and I would not describe this location as that. This is more like camping in town. The biggest problem I had was: I was told a price through communication via VRBO. I was directed to pay a certain amount online and finalize the payment upon checkout from Gabaa. At checkout I was charged an extra 69 for our stay. I showed all the communication which had my guaranteed total price. Management was called but they refused to honor their own agreement. So unfortunately I would not trust any offers and therefore would not recommended this location. "
