    "There were ants in the first room they put me in so they switched me to a different one (very nice) except they pestered me to have to switch back to the original room once they “sprayed the room” since the room they had to move me in based on the unsanitary conditions was an “upgrade.” They did not follow through with having me switch back, but the rest of my time in that room was swelteringly hot even with the air conditioner on full blast. I had to wet a towel and lay it on me to cool down..."

I was informed I can’t get a different view as the full view side was taken - yet you could still book any kinds of rooms online so not sure how booked out they truly were. I’ve yet to find a staff manager as indifferent as the one I encountered, where upon disregarding my request, there was no intent to show good will as I hadn’t sufficiently informed them in advance.     "Basic but comfortable although my room was very warm, although it was 24 degrees outside. I had to prop open the sash window as it would sometimes close itself and when I tried using the ceiling fan the whole thing shook and looked like it was about to fall off ,so I switched that off. Aside from that staff were friendly, room was dated but clean and breakfast was good."
