"We had an overnight stay at this riverside property. From arrival to departure staff were personable and proficient, we appreciated being shown to our room. The room itself was fine and the balcony with a river view was a bonus. Breakfast was well presented and in our opinion good value. We would certainly stay here again should we find ourselves back in the area."

"This was one of the best Guest Houses we've stayed at over many years. Both the owner, Robert and chef Jose were incredibly helpful and obliging. If you want a 'Faulty Towers' experience without the trauma, this is it. Robert is slightly eccentric in an 'olde English' kind of way and you as a guest are very much a part of his social life in so far as he is happy to talk to you socially at breakfast or whenever. Jose is much the same and attentive to your needs and preferences and the food is excellent - I defy anyone to find a more varied breakfast menu anywhere. Ely isn't a place I'm likely to visit often but such was our stay at Nyton, if I am any where close, that's where I'll make for."

"Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. There's a couple of pubs, shops and an Indian restaurant all within walking distance and it's 5 mins up the road from the Park and Ride into Cambridge. Fully recommend a stay here! A recommendation to the hotel would be to provide some instructions/guide in the room on any local amenities as well as how the shared kitchen works - we weren't sure what was available for all guests Vs food bought by guests we shouldn't touch so we didn't make the most of this facility."
