"The room was as expected for the price we paid. Towels and bedding were good. A lovely view of the lake from our window. We were only there one night and just to sleep, so can't comment on other facilities."

Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. It was cold very uncomfortable sofa nothing was provided as one would have expected having paid over 300 a night during the four days at Christmas. Not even milk or water left in fridge completely stingy. I coffee sachet it was a money making benture only and left a bad taste. I had friends visit for a christmas drink we had to share coffee cups There was so much more to complain about. I shall continue this review later "

"First I never got an email giving me the code to get in. I had to call to get it. Then it was hard to unlock the door to get in. Then we couldn’t ever lock the door from the outside. We struggled to lock from the inside. The bathroom was moldy. There was food in the fridge that wasn’t ours. My friend fell outside the flat because there is a step but the outside light wasn’t working. "

"Lovely home but bring earplugs as it is very noisy at night and early morning. The location is superb with so many bars and restaurants to visit. There is no welcome pack so finding out how everything works takes longer but the facilities are amazing in the house. Dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee maker etc. there are some small coffee sachets but you need to bring washing up products as none provided and only one dishwasher tablet so bring what you need. The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and the small balcony with table and chairs off the second bedroom give a nice sea view behind the boatyard The top twin room is accessed by a split staircase which is steep. Not suitable for those with mobility issues . Also I would suggest bringing a small extension lead so you can see the mirror when you plug in the provided hairdryer. Lovely home. Well worth a visit. We were thrilled with our stay Parking can be found at the station. Special rates for weekend stays and free parking if you have a blue badge and register with them Flat path walk from there to the house. Takes about 15-20 minutes (for old people😂)"
