"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ivris from housekeeping was helpful & polite giving us fresh towels since we opted for the green initiative (less cleaning). Diego & Carolina at reception were helpful with the HX mixup with our reservation so we did not end up homeless in Reykjavik. We love that bus stop #12 is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a hot tub to relax in after long days of excursions. Would also appreciate a little bigger tv in the room. A beautiful Iceland scenery picture or Icelandic art work can brighten up the room. Our standard room has many blank walls. Maybe time to refresh the beds. Airport shuttle may also be a nice service for guests."

"The hotel is right in the city centre within short walking distance to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The place is well maintained and very clean. The kitchenette is convenient for a simple breakfast."
