"We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France! Karen responded to queries immediately and was an excellent host. I certainly recommend this cottage."

"The Stables was such a great place to stay while visiting Tunbridge Wells. It was so clean and the beds were comfortable. It is such a beautiful place, and the location is perfect! You can easily walk anywhere in Tunbridge Wells, or walk a few minutes away to the train station for day trips. I would highly recommend it!"

"The property was immaculate, well equipped with helpful and friendly owners on site. The rear of the property had picnic tables available in a good garden , plus access to a grass field where we and our grand children could play games. The downside of the location was the busy main road in front of the property - a hazard for small children. "Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. "

"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

"Sam is a great host and was so welcoming upon our arrival, making sure that we could settle in properly and know all about the amenities on offer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Treetops is quirky, clean, well equipped and set in a peaceful location, with lovely views across the neighbouring fields and valley, which can be enjoyed from both the lounge and balcony. The private hot tub just adds to the relaxation on offer to guests, and the bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep....
