The Poolview Villa @ Southern Dunes

This single-storey vacation villa with private pool has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 6 people. Staying here puts you within just half an hour of Disney World. The first thing you’ll see when you pull up to this home is the well-manicured front yard.
As you pass through the front double doors, you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings, which make all the rooms feel larger. The first room you’ll enter is the living room. It’s large (even without the vaulted ceilings), and filled with two large black leather sofas and a small entertainment center that holds a TV with a cable box. You’ll spend many evenings relaxing in here, watching Disney movies after those long days at the park.
The L-shaped kitchen may appear on the smaller side, but it’ll rival any larger kitchen. It has modern appliances, an island that doubles as breakfast bar with three seats, and it comes fully equipped with all the kitchen equipment, utensils, dishware, and more. When it’s time for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal, there’s a dining area just off of the kitchen where you can do so, and it has seating for up to 6 people. Behind the dining table are glass patio doors that both let natural light pour into the house and let everyone out onto the screened-in pool area.
Here, you can take a dip in the pool to cool off, lay down on one of the sun loungers to work on your tan, or you can relax on one of the patio chairs with your favorite beverage as you enjoy the Florida weather.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for young kids.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
