Built in 2017 and boasting two stories, 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms this home has lots of room to sprawl out! Featuring an oversized living area and an open concept kitchen with a large island, it's an entertainers dream! One bedroom is located downstairs along with an extra living area or even a little study/office while inside utility and other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite is spacious and features double closets! Corner lot located in the gated Calabay Park community offering 24 hour security, community only lake access and a fitness center!
