"A very pleasant stay at a great motel. The room was clean and tidy overall. Every time we needed to contact someone we never had an issue, however some new arrivals did have a 15 minute wait to get hold of somebody when the checked in one evening. There are key safe boxes on the wall and you need a code to get your keys. The room was spacious (we had a family room) well equipped including a top loader washing machine (we didn't use it though). There is a kitchenette area, however only 2 of everything cutlery and crockery-wise, while this didn't affect us, it could be a burden for a family of 3 or more. The staff were very friendly and always enquired as to our well being and always had time for a chat about where to go and what to see. I could see this being used mainly for people using the airport nearby, but we based ourselves here for a week and caught the S-bhan train into the city. Very convenient location without having to pay city centre prices."

"We had a really pleasant stay at Dorint Potsdam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The hotel is very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable. You can really feel that everything is well taken care of. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and very tasty options to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool area was also very nice and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel."
