Rooms:   5 bedrooms (1 with en suite), family bathroom, shower room, playroom, hall, small sitting room, drawing room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room. Beds:   1 four poster bed, 2 king-sized sleigh beds, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds, day bed. Luxuries: Hot tub, trampoline, computer, radio iPod docks in each bedroom. Playroom with bean bags, games, coffee grinder. General: Woodburner, central heating, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players, iPod player, 2 Nintendo Wii consoles, hairdryers. Utilities:   Rangemaster cooker, double oven and ceramic hob, sandwich maker, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. Standard:   Kettle, toaster Other:   Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels), stair gates, highchair, travel cot (not cot linen), books. Broadband/WiFI service -  Excessive use may be charged at cost. Outdoors:   Large mature garden with shrubs, covered terrace with hot tub, lighting and outdoor furniture. Parking:   Parking for 4-5 cars on driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
