"If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place for you. The shared spaces are fantastic (beautiful plants and decor), plus there are 2 beautiful outside spaces: backyard with hot tub and sauna; large rooftop patio with lounge seating and fantastic view.There is a large shared kitchen area, which is well stocked. I was surprised that there was even a bar area, where you can purchase alcohol. A welcome snack awaited me, plus breakfast was served at the time I asked....

"I booked my parents into Lane's hotel style accommodation while my family and I stayed in another one of his larger units in a building about a minute away. The location was incredible (only a one minute walk to the waterfront). The unit was very clean, comfy and the exposed bricks and historic features were really interesting and cool to be immersed in. Another cool feature was that the Lieutenant Governor's mansion, which is a pretty famous Halifax attraction, was directly across the street....
