"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."

"The property is modern and will maintained, the gym was well equipped with latest apparatus including Bluetooth connectivity. The self serve breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished."

"Very dated paid a very high rate for the hotel, expected a better quality of hotel for this price point. Room was dusty and I had to take antihistamines because of how dusty it was. Cobwebs on the ceiling, bathroom was dated the hot water tap was so hot it burt my hands. A very bad experience and no acknowledgment of my email to complain"

"No hot water in the bathroom taps during my stay. Managed to have shower 2nd morning, but completely cold water last morning. Had to do a strip wash in cold water. Very poor experience I reported it, and was offered a shower elsewhere, but i needed to get to work."
