"The room was clean, but was never serviced. We had to ask for towels daily. The safe also was not accessible. The location is very well located with parking and a convenience store very close"

"Breakfast was good and had a few options including fresh fruit and waffles. Had issue with the room not being cleaned when requested. When I contacted manager, they responded they would notify housekeeping. About 20 minutes later a maid came up handed us some towels and a garbage bag, I guess we had to collect the garbage on our own. "

"Miles was our valet when we arrived and he was amazing! Room was clean, beds were comfy. We ate at the Tavern, service and food were excellent! Walking distance to everything. Thank you and your staff for excellent service!!"

"The hotel is old, obviously, and our room was a small one. But I quickly realized that it felt more like staying with family than just having a hotel room — everyone was so astonishingly kind and helpful and friendly. The restaurant is really good — both the generous breakfast and the Indian restaurant they operate later in the day. They talked to my curious teenagers and took an interest in their wellbeing — even adjusting the spiciness of the food for my heat-loving son. I would definitely stay there again."
