"Have stayed here before and good experiences. However this time I found the bed (room 402) had a definite sag in it where it is most used. Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"

La proximité du métro et le stationnement gratuit sont des éléments clés car ils permettent d’aller profiter de la ville sans tracas. Nous y retournerons certainement! "

"For people with technical challenging, it needs to be simpler and we need to have someone to communicate with. Thanks to your neighbours, the barber who did a great job connecting me with the owner, and the friendly auto repair shop for the parking lot. The stairs need a good cleaning and some repairs (there is a risk of falling). Otherwise, the stay was peaceful and short, pleasant. "

"Terrible experience. The worst vrbo I’ve been in. Dirty, smells of cigarettes and weed upon first opening the door. Had to stand in the trash filled doorway for 20 minutes while waiting to get a key as there were no keys in the lock box. At Greeted by some sketchy looking people in the common area. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room and no option to get more even after requesting more. Bad neighborhood, very dirty. Did not feel safe while staying here. Room is not as advertised. Also had an incident where another guest smashed a window and they had to escort her out screaming at 11pm. Do not recommend. "

"The balcony door was broken/didn't close during our winter stay. Furniture was broken leaving inadequate seating. Several thermostats didn't work. There was a sewage smell wafting through the unit. There were no fire/CO2 alarms. The rental license expired a year and 7 months prior. The front door barely locked. The dishwasher didn't dry, despite having a drying feature.Vrbo's help feature was frustrating to use, wasted our time, and ultimately just directed us to the host who just rudely commented on thermostats without addressing any other concerns. At no point was any compensation or alternate stay offered.This was our first and only experience using Vrbo and we will not be using the service in the future and encouraging our friends and family to avoid Vrbo and Expedia's services"
