Great pool and gym

First: two out of the three elevators were out of service which is not especially convenient. Second: I ordered room service for dinner. 45 minutes after it was due to be delivered I went down to the front desk to find out where it was. Sincere apologies and a promise to look into it. Half an hour later I called the concierge,spoke to someone else explained the story and got sincere apologies and a promise to look into it. I made another phone call 30 minutes after that and was told that due to elevators being down, my food couldn't be delivered and that the kitchen 'had tried calling my room and my cell phone's. Absolutely preposterous behavior on the part of the staff and not aligned with a 5 star rating.
