This is an excellent hotel. Beautiful building and the staff are excellent There are transport links on the doorstep which makes it very easy to explore the city.

I love it when a hotel just works. Everything abouit this place was perfect from the clean working quiet lifts to the broad smiles of the staff. The roomwas exceptional. The bed very comfortable and the facilities excellent.

The hotel is well appointed and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The bedroom was a good size with a tasteful bathroom and with a smart small kitchen area with tea/coffee facilities and microwave and hob. The hotel is well connected with the U bahn station outside and set in a quiet area of the city

staff was amazing. Went out of their way to help with all our needs. Explained how to take the train back to the airport. Even took us outside across the street to explain how to buy tickets on the machine. Recommended a restaurant for dinner that was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic! This is what you'd expect of a 5 star hotel. (The ratings aren't always accurate in Europe!) Clean, comfortable, great staff, beautiful building, spacious room, great shower. The guest laundry room and gym came very handy. I was debating between this property and another hotel a few blocks away, but so glad we stayed at Fraser. The area is the best in Hamburg, right in the middle of everything and across street from the U, which made getting to and from the airport super easy. Would definitely return! 👍

Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere. Even though it is very near the S-bahn track, the room was very quiet. The hotel is in a beautiful building, the room itself was beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again next time we'll be in Hamburg.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast and dinner was perfect the only thing ordered the food thru room service and it doesn't have good quality but the night before i had same food at hoteles restaurant was perfect. Overal i will visit the hotel and stay again.

Beautiful hotel, great room, great location. However no parking, not easy access (stairs, no doorman)...somewhat indifferent staff, especially in bar! One gentleman was so miserable, why does he work there? VIP Expedia is worth nothing - no free drinks, no breakfast and no upgrade. We asked about the drinks but they said you can drink what is in the minibar for free and that is the benefit. But everyone gets that as it is! One beer, two waters and three sodas.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in this hotel. It was quiet and comfortable, with a great shower and linens. The room was spacious. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located adjacent to a train stop and only a few minutes' walk from many sights, so it's very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Germany. Beautiful, spacious rooms, great amenities, friendly staff. Clean rooms and great AC. Reasonable price for all provided. Close to an S-bahn stop going directly to the airport, about a 20 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof/Central Station.
