Staff very friendly and helpful,room cleaned towel changed when requested . Location excellent Lidl opposite hotel ,turn left out of hotel to high street alots of shops underground station and bus station. Made our stay worthwhile .

Reichshof Hotel Hamburg
Really good hotel, only negative was room needed a fridge, i dont drink hot drinks so unable to enjoy a cold drink in our room. My husband doesnt drink coffee so we had to ask for a kettle for tea.
