"Nice room and very friendly and helpful staff"

"Didn’t see any staff during the two night stay. Online check in was confusing but eventually worked okay. Apartment was attractive, extremely spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. It is very convenient for the airport. Bus and U bahn close by. "

"The lighting in the room was bad and there was no place to use a computer even though the room had space for a small desk."

"I checked in on 4/26/26 ( Saturday ) my room was never cleaned until 5/2/26 ( Sunday) as I questioned the front desk why on 5/1 /26. I was told the “ apartment” is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week on Tuesday and Friday . First I was told 5/1 was public holiday, cleaning service was off. But I was cleaning lady was cleaning the room cross hallway from me and another leaning lady was cleaning a room in another section of the hallway. Another thing when I came back on 5/1 evening, my room light were on which I turned off when I left in the morning."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property—more like 2.5 stars. The staff were great and the rooms were clean, but it’s definitely better advertised than it actually is. Also, one floor seemed to be used for long-term housing to immigrants, which made it unclear what type of place it really is."

"Lovely peaceful and spacious apartment, well equipped with everything we needed. Sunny and light filled rooms, a terrace for summer dining. Outside the centre of Hamburg but an easy commute with bus and train."
