"The room was spotless and beautiful!!! Up to date furnishings, bedspread modern lamps. Bathroom with step free shower was amazing. TV was huge and excellent to watch from bed. AC was cool. When you pull up its appearance is an old strip motel, but inside the rooms its a 5 star room. We could not find an ice machine, no outside trash cans for dog waste and the step up to the room from the parking are our only minor complaints. We would love to stay again. P.S. we left during the hurricane or we would have tried to stay another day just to enjoy the room and area."

"We loved the ability to gather in the main house for family meals, yet have the cottage too. The cottage allowed two of our adult married children a quiet place to sleep when the grandchildren were up with the sun in the main house. We made most of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Ingle’s was close. The house, porches, and dock area were all very clean and the yard was well kept. Provided kayaks were great for exploring the lake. We brought a large boat and docked there easily even though the lake was low. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We made great family memories here with lots of fun and laughter in a relaxing home.Photos are of a morning view from the dock and afternoon kayaking in the cove near the dock."

"The views are amazing. The suite is very nice even though it is older, has everything you need. We were on the what they called ground floor which still has several steep steps to get to te room. Our last night there they had more guest staying on the top floor and it was very loud you can hear them walking around and noises coming from the top floor. They woke us up about 5 am walking around. It's very loud."
