This inner city treasure is nestled right in the heart of Hamilton. Just a short walk to Hamilton CBD, Waikato Stadium, Seddon Park and Wintec, Lake Rotoroa and the Waikato River. Fully equipped and fenced this place is great for couples, groups & family’s with the space and comfort of a home.

The Space:
This space has a large living room that follows into a more formal living area. A master bedroom that has an ensuite and view looking out towards Norris Ward Park. A fully equipped kitchen and two cozy bedrooms.
The deck out the front is perfect for family dinners or entertaining during the warmer months.

Guest Access:
Guests will have a private entrance to the back of the house.

It is a quick walk to Hamilton CBD which is buzzing with local cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk or drive to Waikato Stadium and Seddon Park, shopping and all that Hamilton has to offer.

We were very impressed with the quality of this house. The beds were all beautifully presented with attention to detail, very comfortable matteress and pillows. The living areas were beautifully furnished lots of places to sit and entertain we will be returnibg
