"I was very glad the front desk person located us on the first floor. I did let them know the refrig. door did not close properly and the frost in the freezer had built-up."

"I was impressed with the Fairfield Inn Marriott Rochester Airport! Even though it was at the airport and right next to the parking garage, it was still amazingly quiet. The room was very clean and modern. I was there for a one-night stay prior to catching a very early plane back to Denver the next morning. It was a very easy walk from the hotel to the terminal... less than 5 minutes, so I could return my rental car when I arrived at the hotel and not have to deal with it early in the morning. Probably my only issue with the room was I prefer to have the option for some brighter lighting, but that was only a minor thing."

However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay.
