Breakfast was also a nice bonus, and they serve coffee beyond that, until noon The property is a bit dated, but it has quite a bit of character, the price can't be beat. "The hotel was clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good. The king one bedroom bed was very firm and the mattress on the sofa sleeper could use up grading. The pool was cold so didn’t use it but enjoyed the hot tub. "

"The hotel room was clean but very small (obviously since it was a Microtel). The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was okay. Penn Yan is a small town but the hotel is located very near several restaurants, stores, and taverns. All in walking distance. The only thing about this hotel and that it has only one elevator and it is very slow. "

"Enjoyed this property with beautiful view from our balcony of Seneca Lake. There are lower rooms, but those would have cars parked where you sit outside your room. I would return and stay again, but only if I could get a balcony room. Staff was welcoming, personable & professional. Spoke with servers, maintenance, front desk check in, etc. ALL were exceptional and I look forward to staying here again. Such a convenient location to downtown Watkins Glen and sights in the surrounding area."
