Refused to provide booking amenity from Expedia. Charged resort fee when gym closed and alternative blocks away. No points. Nice place but cheap. Other places want your business more, wouldn’t recommend.

Spotless rooms, amazing staff, beautiful design

My only complaint would be the cost of valet parking. My nephew came to meet us and have dinner and was charged 75$ for a hour and a half…that’s ridiculous as guest of guests staying at this hotel and eating dinner at JWB…

Great: Staff, ease of check-in, check-out, and location. Good: Security, communications before, during, and after stay. Just fine but could be a bit better: The water in the shower was warm, but never hot (over 3 admittedly cold days), and the room had a faint odor that annoyed my Wife (but wasn't a spoiler by any means). And the towels need to be upgraded from the scratchy commercial ones in the room. But don't hesitate to stay here - we'll be back! Overall The Bode is an affordable, convenient, and welcoming experience!

Room was perfect for our needs. Staff was attentive and always willing to help or suggest different things for us. Wish bar had more live music but understand thats not what its there for.
