"our time there was terrible, the olor of cigarette and mariguana was terrible, the hotel looks new facilities or good but for this olor you don't feel secure. the machine for coffee it was not working, the room is ok, the bed it was uncomfortable and the mattress too. The bathroom is ok but the courting for the shower it was short and all the water running outside and you can't use the toilet for the water in most of the bathroom. I told the lady in the from desk, she apologizes but they don't fix it, and the last in the night people running for the halls and talk louder and fighting it was the worse night in special for my wife that he has Alzheimer. I would like they back my money. The best place for sleep. Avoid!!"

"Dear Choice Hotels Corporate Team, I am writing as a local resident of Syracuse, New York, to share my recent experience at a Quality Inn property in the area. I previously stayed at this location approximately three years ago and found it to be in very poor condition at that time. Recently, I chose to give the property another opportunity, especially after learning that renovations had been made. While I do acknowledge that some updates have taken place, I must express that the hotel still has a long way to go in meeting acceptable standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. One of the most concerning issues is the apparent lack of adequate staffing. The limited staff present seemed overwhelmed, which resulted in important areas being overlooked. The bedding in my room did not appear to be properly checked or prepared, and I ultimately had to request fresh linens and make the bed myself. Although the staff member who assisted me was polite and accommodating, the situation itself was unacceptable. Additionally, there were serious cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The hallways were not well-maintained, and there appeared to be possible mold within the heating unit in the room. I also observed what looked like pest-related issues, which raised further concern about the overall condition and safety of the environment. There also seemed to be a significant number of pets on the property, and it was unclear whether the hotel is officially pet-frien"

"The property is wrecking of smoke. It is unclean and not well maintained. The room condition was subpar. The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "
