Das Bett (Schrankbett) war nicht besonders komfortabel, und das WC befand sich gegenüber im Flur. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 8:00 Uhr. Der Service könnte insgesamt etwas aufmerksamer sein. "Alles war wieder sehr gut – wir haben uns erneut sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und sicherlich nicht der letzte. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet und haben dennoch ihren eigenen Charme. Auch das angeschlossene Restaurant können wir wärmstens empfehlen. "I spent four nights with my family at the Premier Hotel. The staff were so helpful, lively people and were ready to assist. Breakfast was great; my kids loved it."

"The price I paid for a room and breakfast was about £73 per night which I thought was excellent value for money. The bedroom was rather basic but it did include a king sized bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom facilities were rather cramped but did include a walk-in shower. The hotel itself was away from SBahn and UBahn stations but they were walkable. The number 3 bus however gave easy travel from the Hauptbahnhof, although the stop was not easy to locate, to the hotel. As the hotel was in a one way street the return stop into the city centre was in the next road but easily located. Breakfast was the usual self service. There was no restaurant for other meals but there were self-service facilities to purchase food and drinks. However the sandwiches did run out. So I would describe this more as a snack service. However there were many eating establishments in the city centre."

"Room was clean, as were the separate toilet and shower facilities. It was just that I had economised too much. I should have paid extra for a proper room with a private bathroom and ample room for my luggage. Staff were really good and helpful. There was a reasonable bar in the wider reception area. This was also the area where a buffet breakfast was served. It was an "eat all you can" buffet, but the choice was very limited. No hot food at all. And the room was too small to accommodate all the guests. It was available only from 800am onwards, which was too late if I wanted a full day out."
