"Received a room upgrade and had a nice breakfast with my kid. Next to West Lake, so can’t beat the location. Swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it anyway. Nice views from the terrace on the 6th floor overseeing the lake. Overall, a great stay. "

"Great room and bathroom, staff were nice and courteous. Ideal location near subway and things of interest for tourism as well as malls and eating areas. WiFi was good, other amenities nice, however laundry is by piece and no self-service is available. "
