The rooms were clean, the wifi was the best out of all the hotels we've stayed at in China, and there is a metro located outside the hotel. However, there's no air conditioner so the room was a bit warmer than I like and the bathroom has a glass window so when you put the blind down the bathroom becomes a bit dark as there's no light above the shower. Also, the dining options around are not great as there are only about 3 places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

Good location, options for food just outside. Hotel room decor is a little dated but still very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had some vegetarian options which were very welcome. Breakfast was very good, lots of options

NOT for FOREIGNERS!
Terrible service. This is a Marriott and there is hardly any English spoken. The internet is set up for Chinese sites only, so if you are a foreigner and want to use non Chinese sites or search Engines, the internet either doesn't work or barely works. NOT conducive for a business trip. The club for food selection is Horrible, unless you are Chinese and like vegetables! The worst I have ever seen. I have stayed here many times and have never had these problems in the past. By the way, the club floor is NOT cheap, so one would expect much more! I walked away from my table to ask for help with the internet and with in seconds they wreaking my plate with food and my drink. I left my phone charger there so they would know I wasn't leaving and frankly, I was in plain sight of them. I ran back and told her NOT to remove my plate and beverage. She put them back, then again tried to take them away! No understanding of proper service and etiquette!

A good business hotel.
Spend two nights here, and this is my second time staying in this hotel. The location is very convenient. Close to metro and has a few small restaurants and a 7-11 nearby. The room is spacious and clean, typical Marriot style. My only complaint was it's getting too hot during the night, even with AC off. I had to open the window to cool down. Overall, a good business hotel.

Great overall hotel for China. Everything worked and is close to a Starbucks. Other than that, not a lot close by. Convienent for Airport and where I was going. Avoid the restaurant. Typical Western Restaurant in Western Chinese Hotel... over priced and not very good.

Located in the new development area. Big wide roads and lots of high risers. Hotel entrance steps away from metro stop... a few stations away from the super busy touristy area. Very quiet at night and amazing light show (on surrounding buildings along the riverside) right outside my room. Clean and quite hotel with good selection of breakfast items to choose from.

Great pleasant surprise
This hotel is first class plus some. be aware that there are 2 Courtyard by Marriott in Hangzhou. Actually i booked the wrong one (should have booked the one called Wulin instead next to JW Marriott). But it was a happy surprise. Upgraded to 25 th fl out of 26 and club services all the way due to my Marriott membership. Beautifully decorated and breakfasts were scrumptious. Close to high speed train station to Shanghai. Many small eateries and a general store nearby. Subway station si being completed across street. I recommend it highly.

More like a 5 to 6 Star hotel.
Everything was fantastic. They upgraded me to club level with club privileges with my Marriott membership. Much appreciated! HVAC works and TV has multiple foreign language channels. Great staff everywhere. Marriott Courtyard hereis unlike its brand in the US. Very well appointed and decorated.

We only spent one night on this beautiful hotel with a nice view, but we would definitely go back and stay longer. The location in very convenience, a view steps from the subway and close to the train station.
