Excellent Stay – Great Service, Comfort, and Value
I had an excellent experience at the Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, it arrived within five minutes, and the driver was exceptionally friendly and helped me with my bags. Check-in was quick and efficient, and my suite was spacious, and very comfortable.
I especially appreciated the free WiFi and full kitchen — it’s not often you get a proper fridge and freezer in a hotel room, and for anyone traveling with a medication cooler that needs refrigeration as well as a freezer, that’s a huge plus.
The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, including several cooked options, and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall, it was great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a comfortable stay near the airport.

"Front desk staff barely speaks english and you are not allowed into the lobby. Everything has to be done through the window. Smoke detectors not even installed. Open wires from original smoke detectors in the ceiling and found the actual smoke detector in a drawer!"
