Our room (family room) was in the "new" part of the hotel and was clean, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony was a nice touch! "The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows."
