Our stay at Hanoi Shouten Lakeside – Apartment & Homestay (Feb 17–20, 2026) had both positive and disappointing aspects. While the room offered a beautiful lake view and a quiet location, several issues affected our experience: late communication about staff holidays, reduced services during Tet, cleanliness problems in the room, and the inability to store luggage after checkout. Although the staff were polite and arranged temporary check‑in support, the overall stay did not meet expectations. Clearer communication and more consistent service would greatly improve the guest experience.
