"The telephone did not work in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned at any time. A number of request for towels were made, and we were told they’d be sent, but never were."

"Pool wasn’t clean. Everyone was walking with street shoes in the pool area. The most terrible part was the breakfast. Completely unhealthy. You could also go for some fast food at a grocery. Really bad. On one day I tried to get help, they were on their room but didn’t opened. Pool and included breakfast was driving my decision to book there. Never again."

"Absolutely beautiful home that we really enjoyed with my husband and children and Mom. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the creek and the sauna. Being able to use the wood burning fireplace and play provided games was nice too. Would love to come back."

"This place is under renovation and hopefully these things will be addressed with the renovation, but the cleanliness in the pool area was an issue. On our stay, we found a clump of hair floating in the adult pool as well as a used bandaid at the edge of the pool (wet). The kids pool had some straw wrappers floating in it. The carpet in the hallways are pretty stained and gross. The staff was nice enough, but the walls are paper thin. To be determined if this will be addressed with the renovation or not. "
