The elevator is not working so guests must transport themselves and luggage up and down metal stairs. Not safe. Should have received reduction in room rate.

THE TENNESSEAN Hotel
Awesome place. The shuttle was very convenient and fun. Cozy bar to hang out. Would stay there again.
