"Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came. "

"I wish we had known that the hotel was being renovated. We chose this facility based on the fact that it had a workout facility, but due to renovations it was closed. The pool was also closed due to a chemical imbalance. Neither of these things were mentioned on the website, which would have been really easy to do. To top it off, there was an unhoused person sleeping in the elevator lobby on the morning we were leaving. "
