"Guest room was clean, bed comfortable and HVAC worked correctly. Maintenance issues (toilet not flushing) was handled quickly. Hallway and stairwell carpets while vacuumed, were stained and in dire need of shampooing/steaming. Fitness room is small and had armchairs crammed into it, which took up much needed space. Overall for the price paid, stay was adequate."

"This was a wonderful relaxing stay. I had the studio Suite (Goodrich) and it was perfect. My only complaint is I wish tbere was a TV in the Bathroom where the Jacuzzi tub was but overall I wi be going back there"

"We had a lovely time at this little cabin for just an overnight stay. We appreciated that we were able to do one night during the off season. It was the perfect little cabin for what we needed. The owners were great with communication and instructions. It is so close to the town and we enjoyed the Journeyman whiskey distillery with Glenn as our tour guide and had the Granor Farm dinner experience and it was fabulous! We shopped Three Oaks shops on Sunday and stopped at the Warren Dunes and in New Buffalo at Beer Church for amazing pizza on the way home. Overall relaxing and fun 20th anniversary celebration."

"We booked this for our anniversary/St. Patty's day celebration. This being probably our 15th trip to New Buffalo, we have rented maybe 10 different homes in the area. This "cozy cottage" is now a new favorite! Perfectly located within blocks of the downtown, it is just loaded with charm, and the owners have utilized every inch of it to create that. The vaulted ceiling and loft area create a really cool vibe, while keeping the charm of an older home. The master BR is surprisingly large, and the other two Brs. are a nice size. Again, in the 3rd BR they have laid it out to use the space really well. We don't have kids, but the loft and the furnished basement are great places for kids to explore and hang out. This house is super clean and fresh and the kitchen is charming and well appointed. It was snowing out, so we couldn't use the yard, but both it, and the home, offer an unexpected level of privacy, in a lake area setting. The owners, Austin and Leslie, were very easy to communicate with, and very helpful when we had a slight issue of our own making. I gladly give this home and it's owners five stars. Rent this one with confidence."

"The home is very nice, well-stocked, spacious and family-friendly. The hosts left us a lovely gift bag full of local favorites, which was really thoughtful and appreciated. We had ten family members for Thanksgiving. Everyone had comfy beds, large well-appointed bathrooms, and room to spread out. The double dishwashers and laundry appliances were a plus. We did not use the pool, due to the season; but, the hot tub was most enjoyable. The pool and ping-pong tables provided a lot of amusement, as well. We would love to rent this home again, especially in the summer, when we can enjoy all of the backyard fun, pool and also the beach. We have rented many homes, world-wide, and this was one of the best. Many Thanks!"
