"The first impression was amazing and our excitement continued throughout our stay. All areas were clean even though the house is very large. The kitchen was very functional with plenty of storage, the frig had much space, Dishes, pans were plentiful with a coffee machine. It reminded us of a chef’s kitchen. The pass through from the kitchen to the breakfast bar provided opportunities to visit The bedrooms were numerous for our large group. The dinning room and the large gathering room suited our group. The pool was exceptionally nice.The host was very helpful in getting us oriented. We would certainly consider this for another family reunion."

"New Buffalo is great! This house is on a good spot just outside of the main city. Beach access is pretty limited so you pretty much have to go to the public beach about a mile away. The beds are a little small but comfortable.We stayed in early July 2026."

"In general, the house was great space-wise. The kitchen, pool and hot tub were the standouts, as was the close proximity to New Buffalo downtown and beach. There was plenty of nice space in the lower level. There were a few quality issues, ie, bedroom window blinds not functional, light bulbs out, sheets low quality, But overall a nice space to stay for a large family."

"Nice location and very quiet (at least for our stay). Pros: walking distance to shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the beach (altho that last one is tricky in the middle of summer!). Assigned parking. Keypad entry was handy (no keys to worry about losing!). There’s also no staff on the premises, which I had no issue with. The kitchen was spotless - so for those wanting to cook on vaca, know this kitchen will accommodate! For us, it was a perfect spot to eat our pizza from Brewsters (restaurant across the street. Highly recommend!!) Cons: our room was off the only public seating area, on the back porch. So we had other guests laughing and chatting right outside our door while we were trying to rest. Nbd, but it could be annoying to some. Our room was also very small. The bed was comfortable, but it would’ve been nice to have another place to sit. Minor fixes - like the shower head could use cleaning, and the paint could stand to be touched up - would help justify the $300+ per night for that, too."
